Our coaching services are designed to give you advice on how to build your business and obtain clients. REALTORS® who have used our approach have gone from surviving to establishing a profitable business.

Our training Seminar, Real Estate Farming and Mapping for Success, will help you learn how to focus your marketing efforts on a specific geographic or demographic area with the goal of obtaining business within that farm area. Seminar topics include how to:

• Develop a detailed account of neighbourhood residents.
• Analyze: Sales volumes, Costs, Pricing, ROI, Turnover and other data.
• Use postal walk identification and city map information.
• Amalgamate the data into an excel spreadsheet to help you map out your farm,
